Get warmup state + graduation progress for an account

Current warmup state (accountState/warmupStatus), ramp progress (warmupRampupDay, warmupCurrentLimit, poolTier), and pause reason.

Warmup activity historyGET

Paginated warmup send history for an account One row per warmup email the account sent, newest first, with its delivery outcome (inboxCategory, bounced/bounceType, spammed) and engagement (opened, replied, rescuedFromSpam) plus timestamps. Retention is 90 days - older sends are pruned from the analytics store and will not appear.
