Update workspace settings

Renames the workspace. The daily warmup budget is not editable here - it is allocated out of the organization-wide cap, so it is set org-wide with PATCH /v2/workspaces/quotas (or at creation with POST /v2/workspaces), by an organization owner.

Get workspaceGET

The workspace addressed by the path, with its daily warmup budget. `quota` is omitted for legacy workspaces that were never allocated one.

List membersGET

List workspace members and their roles Every member of the workspace plus the organization owners, who hold implicit admin on every workspace and so carry no membership row of their own (`isOrgOwner: true`). Pending invites are not members and are not listed.
